LASER CUTTING
Since 2012 FCF has been offering laser cutting in house. And since then we have been able to grow with our lasers expanding to 2 machines to keep up with our customer demands.
Both lasers are equipped with two cutting tables which allows the machine to operate while parts are being unloaded, maximizing productivity. The addition of both lasers allows FCF to control production timing for both in-house projects and external business.
The lasers allow FCF to offer their customers an economical alternative to waterjet cutting on thin gauge mild and stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Capable of cutting 5’x10′ sheets of Mild Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel
- Capable of cutting up to: 1/2″ MS, 3/16″ Aluminum, 3/16″ Stainless
WATERJET CUTTING
- 3 Dynamic Flow Waterjets with taper control
- 1 Standard Dual Head Flow Waterjet
- Capable of cutting up to 6’x12′ sheet sizes
- Capable of cutting up to 8″ thick materials including Steel, Plastics, and Insulator Board to name a few
CNC FORMING
- 220 Ton Baykal CNC Press Brake
- 60 Ton Baykal CNC Press Brake
- Capable of bending 1/4″ Mild Steel up to 10′ across the bed
